ALAN BORGUET

Alan Borguet was born in Milan in 1988, where he still lives and works. Borguet's career began at the age of 13 when he first engaged with Street Art. Shortly afterwards, he found work as an assistant in a contemporary art gallery in Milan, where he discovered, as he himself says, "his new awakening," drawn to the gestural and sign-based art of the mid-20th century. He began studying artists such as Carla Accardi, Dadamaino, Capogrossi, and Antonio San Filippo, falling in love with this movement of informal art, capable of conveying immediate emotions through gestural impulses. Borguet describes himself as a multifaceted artist, fully aware of being a medium through which creative force finds its dimension. Every work by Alan Borguet carries a gift that is perceived by the viewer beyond the five senses. The meaning of each work is not intended to be a limitation imposed by the artist but to reach the innermost vision of each observer.
